General Policy about design handling.
- We do our best so that our customers can get the design with their draft or verbal requst.
- We create a unique design for each organization of our customers by reflecting their opinions as much as possible.
- We do not release any design source except the products what customer want to buy.
- We display the products, the picture of product or the design on our website(www.adreampeter.com) and at our shop. It is for keep history of order and let our another customer know what we did.
- Whole layout from our stock template and Some minor parts of each design might be dopted for other designs. Special artwork that customer brought as their original creation will not reuse without prior permission..

Adream Service Policy(General)
1. Design
a. The design that we create consists of
basic framework and club contents. The basic framework includes outline, font,
colorway, and area information. The club contents include club name and club
logo.
b. The following is about claiming the
ownership of a design.
A. Adream owns the basic frame, including
the outline, because the basic frame is so fundamental for our work that we
cannot yield any ownership for any particular design to any particular club.
Therefore, we will freely use every basic frame that we have previously created
for any club who wishes to adopt it to create the club design.
B. Adream will also freely use the club
contents for other clubs if Adream has participated in creating them with the
club members.

d. Data of Adream¡¯s digitized work/order will
not be released to the customer who makes the order.
2. Place order
a. Receiving
orders and transferring the finished products will be processed with only one
member (preferably the leader) of the club.
b. When
receiving orders, we will provide Adream¡¯s policy documentation to the
customer, and we will accept and start working on the orders only when the
customer consents to Adream¡¯s policy. Should there be exceptions, we will only
proceed to working on the orders when both parties of the trade have made
agreements and provided signatures.
c. We
do not want any of our customers¡¯ products to be transferred to a wrong person.
In order to prevent this, we ask our customers that when they want to make
re-orders of a previous product, they must have the email address of the club¡¯s
director or of the member who ordered the product last time. We will then
proceed to working on the order only after we have confirmed through email
exchange with the director of the previous order that the customers are from
the same club
d. We
will allow the picking-up of the finished product only to the customer that has
paid its balance fee.
3. Deposit
a. We
will begin working on orders only when we have received the deposit of the
order, which may vary depending on the order. Without the deposit, the time
needed to finish the order may extend without any limitation.
b. Once
we have sent an email to a customer with the data regarding the first draft of
his/her product, the deposits will not be refundable. However, deposits will be
100% refundable before we send the email of the customer¡¯s first draft.
c. Deposits
will be in effect for two months after the payment. If the customer does not
pay the entire balance fee or pick up the product for longer than two months,
the deposits will not be refundable and the case for the order will be closed.
4. Use
a. We
post on our website and Facebook page all the digitizing data we provide to the
customers. We do this in order to expand and advertise our business to many
people. However, if the customer does not want us to release the design on our
online webpages, we will respect the decision and not upload the images of the
product online.
b. We
prepare all the samples for our orders, and we display them on our company¡¯s
gallery board or at conventions that we attend.
c. In
case of potential re-orders in small quantity, we hold on to the data of the
finished product for the future.
5. Price
a. The
price of our service can change depending on the quantity and the
amount/difficulty of the work for the service.
b. Even
if there was a discount for the first order, additional re-orders may have the
price we generally charge (without the discount).
d. The
prices we offer do not include tax. Maryland¡¯s 6% tax will be imposed on top of
the prices we offer.
6. delay pick up
a. After
completion of the order, we will hold onto the finished products for up to two
months after the payment of the first deposit. After the two months, we will
have the right to sell, discard, or use the product as part of our business.
b. The deposits for the
products that do not get picked up within the two month period will not be
refundable.
7. order cancel and Refund
a. We
will accept the changes to the initial design of the order only if the customer
informs us within seven days after the deposit payment.
b. If a
request is significantly different from the initial order, Adream will restart
the creating process with readjustments.
c. Refund
is only available within one week after picking up the finished product.
d. If
there is an accidental damage done to the product and the customer requests for
compensation, we will refund the price of the order, not the price of the good¡¯s
original market value
f. Deposits
will not be refundable once we have started working on the orders.
